Indeed, since working for titles is something that makes players play longer and play things they probably wouldn't have without an achievement/title to ask for it.

At least that how it works for me in those multiplayer games ^^
I think 1/4 of my 700h Guild Wars playing time was spent on gaining titles.

I normally don't keep games if they don't offer trading cards or achievements/titles.
