Dead Heist Van bugged?

So I have zombies left but the Dead Heist level exits and says I failed the "destroy the van" challenge. I played it twice. Both times it seemed to happen when I had a zombie blow up near the Van. I don't know if I am triggering some other end level condition or if it is a bug.

It says: Dead Heist Complete. Remaining Zombies: 7, Humans Killed: 27, Challenge No Parking Zone: Failed

Keep at least one human alive before destroying the van.

That did it. Would have been nice to know. Is it like that on all challenges (need to keep a human alive before completing the challenge)?

That depends on the challenge, I know it's great but that's one among many I didn't have the time to rework.

I wouldn't mind if you just always made me click on the "Finish" button to end a level.
