Oculus Rift Touch Controller Support, Please!

I tried playing this in VR with my Oculus RIft with Touch Controllers, and my hands do not show up. Upon looking at the controls on the left-hand side in the main menu, it says to use E to interact, as well as buttons normally mapped on a gamepad controller.
My Rift setup is not placed in such a way that allows me to play VR content from my desk via mouse/keyboard or gamepad controller. The HTC Vive users apparently don't have to worry about this, as they have full VR controller support. But no love for the Rift's Touch Controllers? Excuse me?
Any idea as to when full support will come for the Oculus Rift Touch Controllers for VR compatibility? Please, add this feature.
