Chat Rooms are not good for reporting Bugs [because that's all Discord is]. Things get lost, and Discord has one of the most useless Search Functions ever.

Forums should always be the main way. Clear, to the point, has a Search Function that works well.

Things get lost in Forums yes.... hence why there is this magical thing called a "Search Function", that exact same thing that I mention doesn't work too well in Discord....

It is most definitely isn't more "efficient", the word you are probably looking for is "convenient".

It would be quite impractical and a bit annoying to moderate because the majority of players who are vocal in the community are underage.
