Silver ore.

I'm now half way through Autumn and so far I've only had 8 silver ore. How often does it generate? I'm at level 6 in the mines and spend hours clearing rocks hoping it will regenerate silver ore but my last one was 10 in game days ago. Am I missing something?

You talking about how it seems the rooms fills with breakables (primarily stone) till nothing else can spawn so the proper ore vein becomes hard to find??? Well I think they only spawn in a small set area, so don't bother clearing the whole room. So around where you saw your last one.

Yes, in thre current version, Silver Ore can only be found in the right side of the sixth level. Each empty tile individually has a 3% chance of spawning a silver ore.
With an Iron Hammer you have a 60% chance of getting an actual silver ore when breaking the rock. With the Copper Hammer your chance is 70%.

Thanks for that - good to know. I'll be spending a lot of time in the aforementined spot so I can finally upgrade my hammer - I only need 2 silver ores to do it. By the way I'm loving this game even more because the developer takes the time and trouble to reply to posts which is very much appreciated. I'm a small Youtuber and have started a series of videos on FFOS so all this help will be passed on in my videos.
