Missing Rung Bug

Hey, was exploring around (trying to find respawning encounters and anything else I missed) and discovered this particular place where you can only place the bottom 2 rungs. I was able to bypass it using Hurricane Kick for whatever reason, and walking back to where the rungs would go, but Gate didn't work.

That's very odd... I'm glad you were able to bypass it.

Sure. One other thing I didn't notice at first but after I posted was that hovering my mouse over the "bugged" section was there was no pop-up text saying "rung (missing)" like the was over the bottom section that worked.
