Just made a 10$ bet that I could stop my friend at this but only have it on ps4 and need someone to practice with.

Nobody online? happens to me a lot too :/ Its crossplay btw, so dont matter ps4 or not ;)

Many people still play. It seems like about 8-11 PM US central time is when I get the most matches, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Many might be a bit of a stretch... but there's certainly a few people that play. Doubles lobbies fill up quite nicely in the afternoon (EU times), while singles fire up a little quicker in the evenings. You'll likely run into veteran players for the most part, although I have ran into a few beginners as well.
