Demo Completionist Run (Getting all special coins)

Am I correct in assuming getting five special coins is the most you can get in this demo or am I missing something entirely?

(4 through playthrough and one via the very breakable optional item ;))

I currently have 7 coins, and I do NOT have the special coin that got added in this afternoon's update.

So that means there are a minimum of 8 coins available in this demo, since I have at least one more to collect.

That last coin seems to require something ultra specific that I cannot figure out either

Looks like a bitcoin, gives each coin in a piggy bank a chance to duplicate when broken. Strangely it only appeared when breaking a second one, though it's possible it somehow got thrown inside when I broke the first nearby and didn't notice.

i have: pig, broom, axe, 15 coin, quick delivery and of course the first one given in the story

yes, you get it just by using the broom eventually a coin will be left behind.
