How much censored is this?

Is it just me, or does it seem like many of these monster girls were ripped right from other places? Not only are there multiple different styles to them, but I swear I've seen some other titles, like Neptunia (there might be a connection that I don't know about).

It seems it isn't. They already only cut stuff that was too "loli" for the vita version. But it seems those are back in.

I haven't played it myself yet, therefore I can't be sure he isn't just missing a story event to get some story cards completely naked.

I see this does bother me, yes i'm a perv but i also hate games that get changed to suit what i consider stupid dated social values.

Well, some cards just get "stronger" or more "naked" during story battles and story events. Therefore could be the user that mentioned it isn't far enough into the story yet.
I agree with you on censorship though. Will buy the game in a sale because I already own the Vita version.

I'm not there yet but i'm fairly sure Fia has more than 3 levels as opposed to other cards.
If you look at the steam store page you can see a screenshot of Fia's card with range 5 and a third special ability.
But Fia at level 3 (bikini) is ranged 4 and 2 specials.

So "natural" Fia is most likely level 4 and the list linked by DeepChaos only shows max level cards.

I have already unlocked a lot of the cards that are on this "censored" list. It's safe to say that this game is completely uncensored.

Multiple artists were making the art for the game, most likely. And Neptunia girls are cameos

Well, then you've clearly chose the wrong game, kid. Cause MM doesn't have any sexual or even explicit content. It was censored on Vita because some people need to grow some f-ing thicker skin and stop being offended over drawings.
