tips for surviving in shark attack?

i know it isn't impossible. but these dam sharks appear out of nowhere

My method is to quickly go to the edge and just go around in circles. You can go around and eat feesh until you are big enough to eat all sharks. This abuses the way sharks move. You will almost never see a shark using this method. Just be careful to not evolve before getting the achievement, or you will be able to be eaten again.

I did that too and managed to get both the shark attack achievements this way :-)
evoloving 7 times in a row is downright brutal compared to this though...
