Can't complete mission "Battle Varkaseer"

I cant found Varakseer, i have explored Mines level 3, 4 times alredy, he is nowhere.
A screenshoot of the mission an also my stats, i don't think that my character level is the problem, but who knows.

I have the same problem! I ran through level 2, 3 and 4 several times looking for Varkaseer but I couldn't find him!

what if you just abandon that mission and reaquire it? You will most likely get a new task... not the same^^

Maybe it helps if you abandon the mission, log out, relog in and accept it again? If you get the same mission again, the Varkaseer will possibly respawn then.
