Report a translation problem
This goes without saying that you all reaady have powerful enough machines to run the game , you didn't cheat or modify the game files in any way , and you have all ready checked that your antivirus is allowing your application to work.
P.S. If you installed mods on the game , that might be the problem too since some mods don't go well with others and crash the game or won't let it start due to the fact that multiple mods are trying to access the same files and overwrite them countering eachother. Turn off your mods one by one and test to see if it works.
