Quest Giver

I'm playing torchlight about 30 hours and now on level 32. As far as i see, quest giver in this game just Vasman, Syl, Trill-Bot and Hatch. But according to this site http://faqs.neoseeker.com/html/205458/#h87 there's one more quest giver, the name is Flux. Is this web true? where i can find him? thanks in advance :)

Valeria and Gar (at the SE of Torchlight map) become active once you finish the main dungeon. Their quests are in the Shadow Vault. Once you finish your first game I believe they always become active when you start a new game.

Apparently Flux only gives out quests in xbox version.

oh i see.. so neoseeker guide was for xbox version..thanks bro :)
