Number of floors

How many floors are there in the dungeon in the southeast of the city? Is it infinite?

if you mean the one you get access to after finishing main campaign - then yes, it is infinite and due to some balancing issues it gets ridiculously hard around ~120+ (YMMV on gear/char/skills)
