There's a little over 2k mods across both games. You can either manually install the mods or use a mod manager. In this case they use ModDrop which supports many games.
Alternatively you can go here: https://www.nexusmods.com/
They don't host T1 mods but do support T2 as well as many other games. They also have their own mod manager.
Thanks ever so much for this! I presume this site is safe and everything to download mods from for Torchlight?
What I can say is that ModDrop has had controversies early in its life. Not with safety but due to the way it acted as a central hub to mods hosted on other sites. Said sites and mod creators where not happy with this.
Nowadays ModDrop mainly serves the T1 and Stardew Valley mod community. In fact when it comes to https://www.torchlightfansite.com/ the owners of ModDrop essentially saved the website and all of its hosted mods as the original owner no longer made money from it via advertising and was going to close the site.
Nexus on the other hand is a more established mod website. However their security was lax enough that they got hacked a while back. Of course to put this into context so have major financial institutions with much greater resources.
I have no link to either site but have used both for modding (Skyrim, Fallout 4, Torchlight 1 and 2 etc).
Beautiful, thanks for the info! Yeah, I figured the more I kept playing, I'd keep unlocking them as I progressed levels. Already at 27% after picking up this game again for the first time since 2009!
Where did you download these?
Would be nice to have, but I am very concerned about downloading any mods, due to the nature of dishonest content creators, possibly sneaking in a virus of sorts in their mod.
