Clearly.
It could be your choice of controllers or many other things on your PC...because you couldnt possibly know for sure, and if you are a PC gamer you would be aware of this and not say because a few have a problem that it is consistant.
Pretty sure you're supposed to guess at a type of pitch and general location before the pitch is thrown, not try to reposition to catch pitches anywhere within the strike zone. It not only affects where you place the cursor, but also when you start the *power" swing.
The prompts that come up when the CPU "expects" an type or direction for a pitch do a good job of making that clear. Unless I'm completely missing the point of baseball having a 3 strike rule.
On topic, I'm not experiencing any offline lag either.
