Gun sound mods

Hello.
I was wondering about how would one go about modifying the audio files of the game, or more specifically - the gun audio files? I want to replace some of the gun sounds with ones from older WW2 games. Is it the same system as Payday 2 or is it different?

Mod_Overrides should work ( Few people have made sound replacement mods)

might be something there for you already that you felt like making. only thing good is the cod ww2 sound pack, but that's my op.

Downloaded the new CoD sound mod, using that as a shortcut/basis for adding my own preferred sounds, as it already has a quantity of sounds archived
