Enemy spawn rate is insanely high
I was playing Odin's Fall on Hard, got to the second floor in the bunker and into one of the rooms locked behind a door. Shortly after the area outside was flooded with nazis everywhere. Not giving a single concern of tactical entry, they all ran in through the door basically giving me free kills. I managed to stack up 500 or so kills with my Thompson thus giving me the second Increased Damage Tier in a rather exploity way.

Hard spawn rates seem a little high, Very Hard seems to have more correct spawn rates for its difficulty and Hard should be between that and Normal spawns.

The enemy spawnrates will be looked at for the next patch, we have gotten some feedback regarding that and are taking actions.

Together with a couple of other general AI fixes.

Spawn rates and enemy numbers are fubared across all difficulties.

It's been like that since the "balancing" patch that was released around the end of the beta.

It seems to be even worse in the release version. Soloing with the AI just on Normal has become cumbersome and a pain in the ass.

Apparently, 'downtime' is not part of LGL's vocabulary.

Oh, i don't doubt you.

It's manageable in inside environments but you're screwed if you're waiting in a section that's completely open and has little to no cover for you. In what distant realm is this considered balanced gameplay?

It's as if they didn't test any of that ♥♥♥♥ in house. This is even more apparent on the maps that were not available during the beta test.

In my game time Hard waves generally last ~100 enemies, the break time is pretty short so it might seem like you never had a break in the first place tho.

It seems like you haven't beaten any longer raids/operations on Very Hard, so you still don't know how broken the current spawn rate is for some raids on Very Hard.

Especially Clear Skies day 6 and Gold Rush, these 2 raids are just too crazy and shouldn't have passed the QA phase yet.
Also Clear Skies day 1 and Rhine Gold day 1, these raids force players to fight at super open places with just a few supplies.

Fewer soldiers, much longer fade/break phase, higher chance of enemy loot drops, these are what I want for Very Hard raids.

I'm not really bothered by how many of them there are. Just that coupled with the fact that they also do more damage. I like having more enemies to kill for challenges.

So far ive only done 6 raids on Vhard and they had less spawns the Hard but hit harder, Ill take your word for it on operations.
