Startup doesn't start up

Whenever I open the game, it is just a black screen. No sbz or lgl logos. Can't click anything to skip. The game is still open, because I can still access steam overlay, and it is running at ab 80 fps, but it doesn't load.

1)win + R
2)type %localappdata%
3)open RAID WW II folder
4)Remove renderer settings file
5)If it does not work - open file by notepad and change resolution/refresh rate to yours and set windowed on true.

i did all of that and it still doesn't work. the game boots up and is in windowed, but below the window tab is just a black screen w/ the steam overlay fps tracker

Found any solutions to this? I have the same exact issue.

Edit: I reinstalled the mods and now it seems to be working
