What it's the most XP efficient mission to do?

Searching to level up some characters tl lvl 40 to finish up all achievements. I have done mostly everything the game has to offer (except upgrading every skill), so I just want to wrap this up. What is the most efficient strategy?

For fast xp I prefer rogues gallery. Normaly odin fall give the most xp but take medium time last orders are fine for me. I also need around 40 achievements

I used to rush Odin's fall on VH while on stealth. It's important to open the main gate without wasting the dynamite (lockpicking). It's better to do it with people cus it's faster and you get rewarded with more XP.

I already hit max lvl. This is the strategy I used and proved to be the most useful.
