if by single player you mean a campain? then i dont believe so there is an offline mode which is single player, you and 3 other bots.

Raid, like Payday or Left 4 Dead, is a four player cooperative shooter. While you CAN play it solo with bots (and I actually prefer to play it solo when stealthing missions), bot AI is not really comparable to human companions & you wouldn't get the full experience.

The bots serve as a distraction for enemies, they deal a little damage and they help you up when you are downed. That's pretty much it. If you have to do a mission objective it's all on you, and that includes carrying x ammount of y to location z, meaning walking the same distance several times since you have to do it all by yourself.

If you want to have fun singleplayer is not the way. Bots are kinda dumb and they love to die on anything over normal and help very little. If you must play i'd recommend only playing if you have someone to play with.

I wouldn't recommend it atm cause there is no desync fix. And the bots dont respawn in solo which i hope they will address cause i play solo alot. at least until they get the desync fix out

I believe they still need to adjust the bots to the point where you can make it through Hard/Very Hard but barely like by a really really hair-thin kinda chance kinda barely but if you can do it with bots it would feel amazing kinda barely.

You can play the game solo, but you won't get terribly far. Hard and Very Hard require a lot of teamwork and communication, but I've found Normal bearable with the AI teammates, and while you can't get everything out of it when playing offline, you can play it online in a private lobby which then is effectively solo with all the bells and whistles intact.
