Ehm, no. That's the difference between the FSK rating every movie with swastikas, apparently, and the USK refusing every game with them, apparently. As long as the USK doesn't change its stance we'll have this issue. Note: neither USK nor FSK are government bodies. The rating process is "official" so to say, but the USK/FSK are privately organized and just provide the framework. Also, the USK has acknowledged games are a form of art in their guidelines since 2014 (I think), the Spec Ops: The Line decision prompted that.

The USK can continue this way. As long as they weren't sued over to rate a game with sybmbols or some high court makes a landmark decision. Not sure why so many attribute so much to the recent Gamescom visit of Merkel? Or where does that come from?

What's so hard to get? It's allowed now, there is nothing to rate or whatever, USK is out of authority, dot. The Merkel visit on Gamescom means absolutely nothing, we have main elections soon, she just took the chance to catch the attention of the youth voters and to seem modern, i bet she felt like an alien there lol. Of course the industry is making big trara about it for marketing purposes.

There is this concept called precedent. One would need to be set, before companies go: Oh, we don't need to censor things?
The first company to do it, would be met with a lawsuit, which they would win... but a lawsuit, is still a lawsuit, and it'd be an incredibly toxic one given current politics.

all i want is - not having to "pay" for things i didnt messed up. People long time before me did. Ya no question about it. But if the Game is about ripping these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up - then HELL LET ME DO IT NO MATTER WHERE THE HELL I AM.

All i want is 100% immersion, for 100% Money like the devs also "want". And if there is a way to patch it fine, but then i have to go to some extra tasks wish bugs me so no money from me at release. GG i was really looking forward to a new "so like Payday2" but na then i stay at my UNCUT L4D2 which i have even if im in Germany :)

il guarante that if payday 2 has mods this will have mods too. wont be 100% but it might be 95% if someone replaces all the bootleg swastikas with real swastikas

Bit of philosophy for you. You're immature.

You can never has this, because in order to gain the positives of what those before you have provided, you must also take on the costs incurred by those before you. In order to have the richest society we've ever achieved, technology beyond imagining, and the ability to create worlds you can play in, within a box... comes at the cost of a certain country suffering from mental damage over their ancestors past actions. Yes it would be nice if this were not the case... it would even be better if it were not... but its not just gonna go away.
