I have Astrox so what is Astrox: Hostile Space Excavation?

Hostile Space Excavation is like another standalone game using the same base game/engine. Two different games with similar mechanics.

"Astrox" is the internal name in the game files for the FIRST (older) game. The official title of it is "Astrox: Hostile Space Excavation" so it is THE SAME GAME. "Astrox: Hostile Space Excavation" will show up simply as "Astrox" in your Steam folders. I've put a few hours into this game so far.

"Astrox Imperium" is a newer game done on the same engine, same play style, sort of a modern remake of the older game though I think they added some new features maybe. I haven't played it yet, I just bought both in a cheap bundle yesterday, but I did a little bit of research first because I had the same question at first.
