Why pregnancy scene is different on other player?

I've been watching Outlast 2 live let's play stream recently, and I noticed something odd about the scene where Lynn gives birth (which show full reproductive system). It seems different from what I played on console (which not fully show reproductive system)

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a reason for the differences? Is the streamer modded?

Any insights would be appreciated!

I'm not sure which console you played this on, but Sony (Playstation) has a reputation for censoring their games. They changed a few other minor details (for example, there's not as many heretics during the cave scene at the end) but one of those changes was showing less while Lynn gave birth. I'm sure you can find all of the exact changes online, but I've beaten the game on both PC and PS5 and there were definitely some differences.
