How to get the older version?

I own the game legit in another service. Generally speaking, i am interested in getting its older version, the one before the changes (making it easier and altering cutscenes). How to? This "update" did to the game, the two things i hate the most.

try to right-click on the icon. there's a setting, which it can make the game into the version before the update

Google how to get past versions on steam. You can literally download any revision of the game you want for any game on steam.

What did they change in cutscenes? I knew they made it less difficult but I didn't know they changed other stuff

they changed like 35% of the game. added story mode, less chase scene ans some new recording

I might have to replay this now, to see what these changes are, but honestly if they did cut out chases scenes and made the game easier as other people have said, I'd try revert to the original.

This video has an link to the file which restores cut chases all you need to do is put the files into game folder and that will be it It has introduction when you download it so just follow that
