Differences between difficulties.

I just finished My first game as a 'hard' mode, what is the difference between difficulties ?

In Nightmare everyone kills you with 1 strike and in Insane if you die you have to restart the whole game there are no checkpoints

insane is the same as nightmare but without the checkpoints/saves.

this skyte woman run very fast on nightmare. Insane is same as Nightmare, only you have 1 life.
