How do I get past the first enemy?

The woman with the staff, I cant get past her she just hits me and kills me and I cant run away because the guy only runs at a snails pace and she keeps killing me from behind and there is nowhere to hide

Go slowly ahead till u trigger the scream, then ♥♥♥♥ off and hide behind the toilet. That's what worked for me.

Just tried this, she still comes and kills me....

You can back away and wait for her to come closer then go around the building. If you climb through the window next to where she came from, there's a battery and bandage inside. You go back out the window you came through then head left and there's a gate you can crawl under.

I literlly cant even run past her, she is too fast (More like my guy is too slow tbh even when sprinting) and keeps killing me, where should I be to get around her

I meant you should back away to behind the building that's behind you when you hear her coming for you. You let her start coming around one side then you just run around to the other side to get around her.

As above stated triggering the scream and instantly running behind the toilet worked for me also. This game has tons of scripted scenes like that though, so the game is not even following it's own rules. Sneaking doesn't work in certain parts and enemies see you through walls because the game says so it's time for scripted chase scene, defying all logic.

I have your answer, when you see her coming at you, run back to where you crawl from (the gate). If the chase is over the music will change and you can go pass her now.

I had the same problem! The solution is as listed above. Move towards where she spawns slowly, zoom in with your camera if you want. The second she does that scream, start kiting her back. Run AROUND the little hut with the battery in it, make sure she's following you so that it frees up the spot where she spawned. Right there you'll see a window you can head into. You can then lock the door and she shouldn't come in. Once you're ready for the final flight, head back out the window and to the left, hold crouch to crawl under the door, and you're safe.

make her flash out and then run back from where u came wait few secs , run for ur life to the barn and crawl under the door
