*RESOLVED* Performance Issues (lag and tearing)
Having some lag and lots of tearing upon launch - haven't been able to find any solution and don't have this issue for any other game in my library. The Red Barrels video also lags, - so I don't believe it's a settings issue.

video of my problem - https://youtu.be/ySJPFcGMt2g

Specs
Intel I5-3570k 3.4GHz
32gb RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

Anybody have any suggestions for me? Took off work tonight and tomorrow just to play :\

If it's not apparent in the video, I move the cursor back and forth at the begining to show it will abruptly stop for a moment and then continue to move. This abrupt stop will occur whether or not I move the cursor.

Drivers? Or maybe some software like puntoswitcher... I got i7 4790, 8gb ram, 1070gtx (8gb ram) - all on ultra (including 1920×1080 multiply on 3) and all go smooth...

RESOLVED.

In "OLSystemSettings.ini" change "UseBorderlessFullscreen" from "False" to "True".

Should be found in C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\My Games\Outlast2\OLGame\Config
