Game Bug or am I missing Something ?

Ok, so I am making the healing potion for the old bag that got bit.

I am crushing up the last ingredient, and it says up the top to use the "pestle"

Ok where the hell did the pestle go ?

I used it twice for the first two ingredients, now its not there.

This looks like other puzzle... That pestle and other equipment ison other table, at the atic of that old womanwho seems to be a sort of local doctor in Kisilova.

I just put the 3 plants on that table... and the game still complains that I "should put all the ingredients for the medicine on the table". But I no longer have the garden shears OR any of the other things in my inventory! also, the oil-bottle is sparkling...

... but it is still impossible to click it because it complains of not having all the ingredients on the table. And yet I did place all 3 flowers.
Did I just add them to the table in the wrong order? Or did I shoot myself in the foot by trying to put them straight into the pestle???

I was having the same issue, but it turns out there are more "ingredients" you need. Just try hitting the hint button to clear things up.

you need to get the pot from the side of the shelf above the bed
