Ahhh ... yes, he is rowing the boat from inside.
I'd suggest working on the jumping animation. It's very odd!
he then after sometime hid the greenlight, as my guess they were working on the game.
now what im wondering if they did any more progress since then, but yeah still waiting to see some reviews/opinions on the game as it has been sometime since he 1st tried to get it released.
As for the rowing, I think that is an open source animation from the unity engine, hence why it looks off.
look thru these id suggest, and its been a year since he 1st formed his group almost going by the 1st announcement, but there use to be more pretty sure which were deleted.
also check his predator sim reviews for some big big insights.
when i say check, i mean read.

Honestly though I'm still looking for someone to re-create the Pirates of the Caribbean 2003 game.
Even if they did that. I still wouldn't buy this game. They needs to get rid of those VAs.
And get rid of that brown bear. I maybe wrong but I don't think brown bears live in the Caribbean Islands.
That was a great game.. controls were completely illogical and unintuitive, but if you could get around that it was good.
Yeah, just walk away and remember you wouldn't have seen this if Valve actually cared.
