Run time error

I'm playing Ironclad Civil War 2. I'm occasionally getting a runtime error in the game before it Crashes, and, it also just flat crashes-to-desktop. I've got a total of 11 hours played in about a month and a half, and, its crashed about 8 times, about 6 without runtime error, and twice with runtime error. Anybody have had a similar thing happen, and, would it be worthwhile to try and contact totem games by email (or is this and all the ironclad games not supported by them?)

Can you please mention when the game crashes? Is it in strategy mode or in naval combat, and maybe it connected somehow with your actions?

Both were during manual naval combat.
