No Achievements ?
0. Congrats for getting into Steam and get tons of fans :skyelaugh:
1. Sure - achievements are not required but is a "clickbait" for Achievements-Hunter

Something like:
- Complete Chapter 1
- Get a Quadro-Combo
- Reach 9999 points (maybe not the overload)

btw, to developers: nice stolen sfx from Agent USA (one of my favourite Atari games) ;)
