Kill Command

I've found sometimes my villagers will get stuck in a loop and cannot be interacted with AT ALL anymore
Was wondering if we could get a specific command for villagers that allows us to "Kill them" in case of AI failure
Using the command gives -10% of current happiness but will free up the slot for the player to refill
