Also when I talk to the slaves or try to escape its always day time so not sure why its all dark for you, sorry.
Yeah it's a pain in the ass, why does it have to be so damned dark anyway? I can't see anything around me when there's no light source, and that's way too dark. My gamma level is set to the brightest too, and it's still darker that satan's bumhole.
About the uprising; I tried escaping with full support 3 times(took me around 45 minutes) but still no success. So I ended up just deleting the character and starting a new one, which didn't matter that much to be fair.
I'll just avoid getting caught in the future. I really hope they deal with this prison system, as it's downright impossible to escape for me at the moment (although I am playing on the hardest settings, which probably adds a bit).
Because it only waits a predetermined amount of hours(a full day at a time), so I can never change it properly.
Seeing as over half of the postive reviews are describing slavery system as the best part of the game, looks like people do not quite agree with you.
Remember you do not need to kill the guards! Just run to the escape point and talk some other slaves to be cannon fodder while your run. If some of them manage to run too, they will even join your party so you do not get catched again so easily.
