How to start main quest?

I did all the requirements and got the 100k gold from damsel in distress missions and i still cant start the Main Quest. Anyone know how to start the main quest?

In order to start the story campaign from the latest update, there is a number of conditions:

– Have negative relationship with Spain.
– Have 0 or more relationship with Brotherhood of the Coast.
– Don’t be married and don’t fail the Governor’s daughter quest.
– Have the renown of 300 and more.
– Complete at least three missions (from governors or the Suspicious man).

After you meet all of the requirements enter some non pirate cities. The quest will start eventually.

i did all that is required. I enter a non pirate city and nothing happens. I gave up and started my own faction oh well.

As far as I remember, you can start this quest even if you have your own faction. Are you shure, that you have done 3 TAVERN missions? Those once you take from suspicious man? Have you collected your revards?

i have done the quest to go to a place and fight indians to protect secret cargo for 15k 20 times now. I never got the mission complete for damsel in distress but i got 100k so i think i did that quest. I am really not sure what i am missing. Just hope someone makes a mod to autostart the main quest or something

Is it still in your quest log? If so that is the reason. If it has qlitched somehow, I think you won't be able to start next big quest. If it is still in your quest log try finishing it.

its not in my quest log. I just meant i never got the mission complete text even tho i got the 100k.

Well, I'm out of ideas what could it be than. You could send your savefile to devs, may be they will look into it and fix this bug. Savefiles can be easily compressed with rar or zip.
