Menu sounds in game

Hi. I have Menu-Sound in the Game while i'm moving the mouse to look around. Sometimes the screen goes black for 2 seconds when i press the left mouse button. I have restartet the game and this doesnt helps.
I'm using Windows 10. D any one has an idea how i can fix that?

Try to verify integrity of game cache (Library -> Games -> Statues -> Properties (by mouse right click) -> Local files -> Verify integrity of game cache)

Screen goes black for 2 seconds because it is a feature of the game. You blink whenever your blink-o-meter depletes or when you press X button (you can change the key in the controls menu)

Hi. Thanks 4 your answer. To repairing the game wasn't successfull…
The Menu still stays invisible in the background when i play the game.
My System:
Windows 10 Home 64Bit
CPU: AMD FX-8320
Mainboard: 970A-DS3P (AMD 970 Chip)
12GB DDR3 RAM (Corsair)
Grafic card: R9 290-DC2 OC-4GD5 DirectCU II OC (Asus)
Sound: Asus Xonar DGX
