It's regarded as one of the weirder executions, yes! One fan theory is that she's been given a lethal injection and the rest is just her hallucinating.

exactly
on one hand a big part of her character was a parody of all this fanservice we get in anime etc but really the couldve let it go during the execution. her story was kinda tragic and basically sh*t was serious so making an execution like this was totally unnecessary

I don't see why her execution was "unecessary".

It focuses on her talent (Ultimate Nurse), it mocks her willingness to put herself in lewd positions, it preys on one of her dislikes ("oversized things"), and it ends with her in the middle of outer space... the one place where she can't get any attention, and also the place where she's the least likely to reunite with her beloved.

And if you think her execution was too comical, was having a hulking biker turned into butter too serious for you?

when you look at it like that it makes kinda more sense it just feels a little out of place? rushed? idk how to describe it. the butter execution is an infamous example that makes me cringe to this day. sure getting deep fried like teru teru did isnt a heart wrenching execution as well but... maybe its just me it just kinda took all the feels and sentiment away. gundhams execution was totally f*ucking your heart over and so was chiakis (especially her desperate will to escape and save nanami). and pekos as well (btw it was probably the most heartbreaking one). so while i mightve been wrong about it being not applicable to the character and i totally admit it cause its been a while since ive played the game and didnt remember enough details to analyse it i still think it took away a lot of despair and such that weve seen in the 3 executions i just mentioned. the small likelyhood of meeting her beloved that you talked about sure is despair enducing but iim not sure if this interpretation is common enough.

His execution is completely unrealistic anyways; anyone centrifuged at that speed would have the consistency of salsa, not butter.

Agreed, the execution is probably THE weirdest out of the series.
There is this horrifying fanart of an alternate execution wherein she gets injected with the blood of the two victims or something like that.
That sounds more like a V3 execution, though.
Either way, I thought they could do tons of things with the ultimate nurse and they just took the one I personally would like the least :p
