Last Messages?

I read somewhere that if you go onto chap. 5 and click on everyone's cottage you can read their last words? I personally didn't know this so I went back to check and either it's a bug or I'm doing it wrong but I just can't see them. Anyone else have this problem?

Is it just a ton of broken text? Because if so, the messages are inside that text.

I don't know because I haven't seen them. I went back to just after nagito's will and clicked on all the cottages and Mahiru's memorial but nothing happened. Probably just a bug but it's irritating that I can't see them and everyone else can
