There's no official name for whatever Monokuma and Monomi are, if you're referring to them.
Explaining the purpose for Monomi is slightly spoilery, but for simplicities sake, I'll say she is like a sidekick or secondary mascot.

Yeah, they are, but in terms of Monomi, her role has a very deep meaning which is a spoiler.
