How do you get Byakuya's last fragment? NO SPOILERS PLEASE
Whenever I try to talk to him during chapter 1 he just says he is busy. How are you supposed to get the last fragment then?

I haven't played through the full story once yet. Does that mean I need to do that first?
And will the same thing happen with Teruteru?

There's a mode after you beat the game wherein every day is treated as free time and there are no killings.

Yeah you need to unlock island mode for them.
Its pretty much a free stretch of gameplay to get all the freetime events so replaying chapters isnt needed.

Finish the game, then you unlock Island Mode. Then play in that mode and talk to him.

As for Teruteru, everyone can be talked to in Island Mode. But I would re-play chapter one over and over just for his skill, which reduces the number of bullets to 3 at every trial.

Hmm, I did that. Does Byakuya's skill count for e pets as well?
