Danganronpa/Zero or Danganronpa IF? Which do I read first?
Basically what the title says. Does one spoil the other? I assume since it says Danganronpa IF makes references to zero I should start with zero... but wanted to be sure.

IF is just a what-if scenario. I'd say to read Zero first, since it has more bearing on the history behind Junko and how she got the idea for the School Killing Game, and the memory wipe of her classmates.

I have the IF novel unlocked in Goodbye Despair but I don't want to read it all through while I have the game installed on my PC. There's no English translation I can buy online that I have found. Is there file in the game with all the text I can put on my phone to read?

I haven't poked around enough in the game files to see if there's a way to do that or not.

I mean... depending on how the data for the novel is stored, you should just be able to edit it by opening it and re-saving it as a .txt file. You should probably make a backup first though, since it will likely break the games ability to read it in-game.

EDIT: Never mind, I just took a look at the game files and it won't be that simple. I thought maybe the data would be saved as its own separate file somewhere, but it's not. So you would first have to find out where it is, and then separate it.

Seems like this is going to be a difficult task. I’m gonna search through the game files when I get home. Do you know how the game is coded? Maybe we can start the search there.
