Played DR2 right away because you watched the DR1 anime

Hello I was wondering if there are ppl who played DR2 right away since u may have watched the DR1 anime? I'm still planning to play DR1 tho but I just want to know if it rlly does differ from the anime (plot-wise). I was able to get the DR1 references in DR2 ;))

And actually I have watched all of Danganronpa anime series, the other seasons were really confusing (if u didnt play the game i assume). The DR1 was the only thing I understood completely. But watching all of the seasons rlly made me interested to play Danganronpa and now I finally have the time to play yayyyy ;))

well "danganronpa 3" is pretty much both a sequel (future arc) and a prequel (despair arc) to danganronpa 2

also, i don't think you're gonna have a problem playing this after DR1 anime. though i'd still recommend playing the first one due to the fact that it left out some details of certain cases (i think)

i highly recommend playing DR1 first, but i suppose the anime will do. make sure you play it asap though!!! its a really great game

yep, i watched the dr1 anime first then played dr2 > drv3 > dr1
you miss alot of detail from the dr1 anime thats present in the game
