Please help, I can't get past gundham's rebuttal on chapter 4,even with cutting diagonally.

Okay. I reallllyyy can't get past gundham and its killing me! i've tried since 5pm and its now 1am.
can ANYBODY give me a pattern to use on my keyboard to successfully cut through his words? please and thanks!

This is the hardest battle in the game, no question.

You need to figure out the diagonal slashing method if you haven't got that down already. Press 2 directional buttons at once. Good luck.

i play on controller so its pretty easy to slash diagonally

If you are on PC, use the W, A keys at the same time to slash up diagonally to the left. Do the same for the diagonal right (except use W, D).

It took me at least 5 tries to get it, but if you spam, spam cautiously.

I wrecked my mouse a bit because of this battle, so use a controller if you can.
