Modding danganronpa 2 sprites

Ok, so im trying to mod danganronpa 2 and want to know where the sprites are located in the wad files (using HLM Wad explorer)

These are the directories for DR1, but I believe the 2 games should be similarly organized. If not, try using the search bar on the top-right corner and look for "bustup" or "stand".
Dr2\data\all\cg (for the Daily Life files (bustup_XX_XX.tga))
Dr2\data\all\texture (for the Class Trial files (stand_XX_XX.tga))

Ok, when i find the sprite files, they appear all glitchy, and after editing them, and overwriting, they just don't appear anymore in the hml wad editor

Oh yeah, the sprites do appear that way, I'm not sure why. However, I think it's normal for there to be no preview after they're overwritten. Try modding your files in anyway and see what happens, just don't forget to have a backup at hand. If it doesn't work, try saving your files in .tga format, just to be safe.
