Lightning flash

Seriously, what does this skill do? I can't find an actual explenation anywhere, just the in-game "counterattacks become raging" text.
What counter attacks? What does "raging" mean? I don't get it at all.

No, it doesn't, because it says it's only effective during showdown rebuttal and there is a different skill for bullet speed.

I believe counterattacks during Rebuttal Showdowns become more effective and stronger, making you able to convince your opponent more easily (easier to push him away from the screen). Not sure, though. Would have to check.

I just figured it out by comparing both rebuttal showdowns with and without the skill.

With lightning flash, some remarks that usually need more than one cut are destroyed more easily (instead of "from white to orange to destroyed" it's "from white to destroyed").

Without lightning flash, these remarks need more cuts in order to be destroyed.

No idea why other perks seem to have the same effects, though. "Power of Life & Death" seems to have the same bonus, but I'm not sure myself.

The wording is a bit confusing to say the least. I read "Power of Life & Death" as making it easier to push the debate towards the "advance" zone, but I haven't tried it so I'm not sure.
