Save Data Lost
Hello! So, I have been playing DR2 for the past week with no problems getting back into the game from my last save points, but today when I started up the game like usual to play, my save file had disappeared and I have no idea how to recover it. I was at the very end of the game too, so I would appreciate any help! Thank you!!

All these reports of people losing their saved data have me worried. Wonder if the issue has been fixed by the devs.

"First, go to the folder with your Steam save data, most likely:
C:\Users\"computer name here"\Documents\My Games

You will see two save files, one is savedata.vfs and the other should be savedata.bak.
The savedata.bak will be a backup of the last save before the current one that got corrupted.
Make copies of the two files (just in case).
Remove savadata.vfs from that folder and rename "savedata.bak" to "savedata.vfs."
So basically, replace the current save data with the backup data."

You need to go to your steam library and then click right on Danganronpa 2, select manage and then browse local files (sorry if there's any mistakes, my steam is in polish and i dunno how it look in english). Folder with all files will open automatically. I hope this is the answer u r looking for
