Future Foundation Divisions

Ok, I watched the anime sequal (?) and asked around and din't get an answer so I;'m a bit curious...

What do allt he branches of the Future Foundation do? I know 5th is intelligence and... that's it. I don't know what the rest do. In particular, the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, and 8th I'm curious about. Since the creator of the simmulation designed to rehabilitate was the 7th division head, I'm guessing cyber technology? That leaves 3 I really want to know but have no idea, 1 I don't know but ahve an idea of, and 8 that I'm slightly curious about and don't know.

You can go to the wiki and find which person is in charge of which division. It's easy to guess what they're in charge of from what the wiki page says they are in charge of. I'll save you some time and type the ones you are curious about here for you.

Division 1, is led by Tengan, this is the only one I don't know, I'm guessing it's meant for leaders to lead, so it may be just made up of Tengan.
Division 2 is lead by Munakuta and is all about constructing new facilities.
Division 3 is led by Kizakura and is about recruiting survivors to help grow the future foundation.
Division 7 is led by Gekkogahara, it's about cyber technology and researching new ways to combat ultimate despairs.
Division 8 is led by Ruruka and is about food sources and supplies.
