Load and save

Hi, I'm having trouble saving the game... The game says I can save in 'system' but it doesn't give me ideas on how to save or load, unless I'm being blind. Please help me.

Open your e-Handbook then chose "System". There you will find your save and load.
Your e-Handbook can be opened by pressing X button on Xbox 360 cotroller or f1 on keyboard

Doesn't f1 turn off the sound though? It's not allowing me to open the e-handbook either... Is there a way I can change the controls for the e-handbook?

If you've got some keyboard that's got special function keys usually used for audio and such you may need to use FN+F1 instead of just F1.
