How to Exit the Game

Hey guys, really quick question: does anyone know how to exit out of the game once you start? I needed to stop playing for a while so I hit the Esc key like I normally do with other games but that only opened a Help menu instead. Is there another way to exit the game or do I have to wait until I get to save points?

It's like the ultimate irony. I've been dying to play the game and once I get it, I literally can't escape it. >.< The game looks and sounds amazing on the PC by the way.

Quick way: Alt + F4
Proper way: Handbook (F1) -> System -> Back to Menu and exit from there

Do note you don't unlock the handbook until a little later in the Prologue!

For some reason they decided to swap the global shortcuts of "menu" and "help". They must have forgotten the platform conventions.
