Chapter 3- error?

In the third chapter's class trial im having some issues...
The 'Truth Bullet' i have is named "Monokuma File 3" and i have only two possible answers (i can shoot only two answers* though both of them are marked as incorrect.
I finished the entire mission over and over again hoping i'll find another clue for the class trial but i found nothing.
Apperantly there should have been a Truth Bullet named "The Order" but i cant seem to find it

Remeber that you can "memorize" weak points as truth bullets by holding down the fire button while the cursor is on them.

I'd also like to point out (since I don't remember the tutorial stating it) that you can memorize a weak point and use it in the next repetition of the argument, i.e. you don't lose that memorized weak point once the round starts over. I don't remember which arguments it happens in (which incidentally gets me to avoid spoilers) but it's definitely required for some of them.

I recall it's more often than not that you got to loop the dialogue at least once when the memorization is involved, as it is more common for the word you need to memorize to come after the weak point rather than before.

Yeah i found out last night about that thing... was able to finish it in the end.
Too bad i tried searching for new clues like... three times in a row so i kept hitting the "Load" button.
